Bank Syariah Mandiri

This page is not an official banking portal, does not provide banking or financial services, and never requests account credentials or offers application downloads.” Bank Syariah Mandiri entrusted Complex Design as the vendor to plan the website development for Bank Syariah Mandiri Priority, commonly known as BSM PRIORITY. The website was built with a Smooth Experience concept, featuring a Brown Elegant theme. It includes features such as a Financial Check-up, Zakat Calculator, Merchant Program, E-magazine, and features offering services every month that regular customers do not have. Our team provided maximum service for Bank Syariah Mandiri by implementing the most advanced and modern engine and features at that time. We prioritized user experience by creating a Super Responsive Website. We also developed companion applications for BlackBerry RIM, Android, and iOS as part of this project.

This page is not an official banking portal, does not provide banking or financial services, and never requests account credentials or offers application downloads.” Complex Design and Bank Syariah Mandiri continued their collaboration after we successfully earned the trust to develop the Bank Syariah Mandiri Priority website, also known as BSM Priority. We were then appointed as the vendor responsible for handling the maintenance of Bank Syariah Mandiri’s main website. The daily work contract between Bank Syariah Mandiri and Complex Design included updating various slider features (daily), updating website pages (weekly), fixing bugs based on reports, preparing traffic reports and SEO reports, performing database backups and database optimization, as well as managing and inputting content. Every process was carried out according to a structured schedule, supported by well-organized work reports to ensure that the website remained secure, optimal, and accessible at all times. At that time, Bank Syariah Mandiri was the largest bank syariah in Indonesia. Being trusted to manage the maintenance of Bank Syariah Mandiri’s main website became an important experience for Complex Design in managing a corporate website with a large volume of content and traffic. Bank Syariah Mandiri has since merged with two other bank syariah BUMN, BRI Syariah and BNI Syariah, to become Bank Syariah Indonesia, or BSI. The merger officially took effect on 1 February 2021.
Plano-Ide
The development of our client's website was considered complex, adopting a dark mode concept. Plano-ide was created through a collaboration between Complex Design and Rendi Aditya, a highly creative art director who possesses extraordinary ideas and concepts. PT. PLANO IDETAMA GEMILANG is a leading agency in Indonesia that specializes in event organizing, branding, and video production. The dark mode concept itself is highly appealing, combined with a play on fonts and their sizes specifically designed by the creator, Rendi Aditya, which was ultimately implemented by the Complex Design team.
Fernandes Partnership
Having been trusted for a long time to build the rikifernandes.com website, we were invited back to plan the branding and new website for Fernandes Partnership. We assisted in the voting process to determine the ideal name and logo. Out of this extensive process, Fernandes Partnership was born with its new brand identity and website. In short, Fernandes Raja Saor, S.H., M.H. is a leading attorney and an alumnus of the "yellow almamater" who has extensive experience in the legal world. He has won many major cases, one of which is the Antam vs. Budi Said case. He has also received various prestigious awards, such as from The Legal 500 and Hukumonline. The creation of the Fernandes Partnership website was not a project done overnight. We held long discussions for weeks to make this website iconic. By incorporating the concept of Indonesian Culture, we featured many patterns and images representing Indonesian culture.
Tanpa Perantara
Tanpaperantara.id is a direct property sales platform that entirely bypasses agents and brokers. As a pioneer of its time, this platform—which features free registration—was exclusively designed and developed by the Complex Design team under the auspices of PT NIKMAT AGRA SOLUSI. This project was driven by our recognition of the challenges the public faces in marketing their properties. Initiated in 2018 and officially launched in 2021, the platform's operations were temporarily paused for four years. Now, in 2026, Tanpaperantara has returned to provide the public with complimentary property-selling services. Beyond our free tier, we also offer premium subscription upgrades equipped with compelling features at the most affordable rates in Indonesia. The underlying technology powering this website and application is highly complex. We are dedicated to delivering front-end interfaces and dashboards that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience, alongside exceptionally fast performance.
WRP Lawyers
Law firm websites are actually one of our specialties - we've built quite a few for legal practices across Indonesia, and clients keep coming back to us for it. For WRP, we crafted a design concept built around trust and credibility, paired with premium visual assets that give the site a polished, serious feel without losing warmth. The site runs on WordPress, with a clean, minimalist, and formal design language - neutral tones and confident typography that make the firm feel established and trustworthy at first glance. WRP specifically asked for a simple, no-frills page structure, so we kept the navigation as lean as possible: visitors can find what matters most - the firm's profile, legal services, and the partner team - without digging through layers of pages. WRP Lawyers is a Jakarta-based law firm with a long track record in the legal world, founded by legal experts including Rinto Harsa Wardhana, Sylvia, and Reza Prianda. Their guiding philosophy, "The Firm With A Human Touch," reflects a practice that's not just professionally solid, but personal and responsive to every client's needs.
