Poltracking Indonesia
Hasama Indonesia has successfully developed an advanced application specifically engineered to facilitate comprehensive, national-scale surveys. Currently, this platform is exclusively owned and fully operational to serve the specific needs of Poltracking Indonesia. In this venture, the Complex Design team actively participated in the development of the application utilized for political surveys and general election activities, which operate within regional (Pilkada) and presidential (Pilpres) election cycles. Our core responsibilities encompassed technical guidance and the direct supervision of both the application's deployment and its underlying server infrastructure. This oversight was executed firsthand alongside Poltracking’s field surveyor teams stationed across numerous Polling Stations (TPS) throughout Indonesia. Poltracking Indonesia itself is a premier public opinion research firm and political campaign strategy consultancy, established in Jakarta on August 14, 2012, by political analyst Hanta Yuda AR. The institution actively conducts nationwide surveys and voter behavior research, while providing specialized consultancy on election governance and public administration.
Kuningan City
The Kuningan City website and mobile applications deliver information through highly conceptualized and curated content, wrapped in an elegant, premium dark-themed user interface. The application was previously distributed through official Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings. The application is equipped with essential features explicitly designed for visitor convenience. Core functionalities include "What's On" for the latest event updates, "Promotion" for exclusive tenant offers, and the highly practical "Where Do I Park?" interactive feature, which efficiently assists visitors in locating their vehicles. By delivering a seamless user experience (UX), the application successfully elevates the overall shopping journey and perfectly complements the dynamic urban lifestyle of Jakarta.
Kemendes PDT
This project encompasses the comprehensive development and cross-platform deployment (Android and iOS) of the official SIPINTAR APIK mobile application, a premier e-learning platform initiated by the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Villages (Pusdiklat Kemendesa). By digitizing the core functions of civil service (ASN) training and leveraging advanced frameworks like Flutter to deliver a highly efficient, mobile-first ecosystem, this application is meticulously engineered to be 'Integrative, Adaptive, and Responsive'. The platform provides users with seamless and centralized access to essential learning modules, real-time training schedules, and primary contact information. This digital transformation directly supports the government's grand objective of 'Creating Superior Civil Servants' (Menciptakan ASN Unggul), accelerating the realization of a more competent, highly responsive, and strictly accountable state apparatus across all regions.
HIVAL
This project encompasses the development and deployment of HIVAL, a comprehensive educational mobile application designed to serve as a collaborative e-learning ecosystem. Since its inception, the platform has successfully earned the trust of a thriving community comprising over 200,000 students and educators across Indonesia. The application fully digitalizes the educational process by providing inclusive access to an extensive, high-quality question bank, interactive tryout sessions, and virtual classrooms. Built upon a community-driven contribution model leveraging educators nationwide, HIVAL features a smart analytical tool explicitly engineered to assist students in identifying and mapping their academic weaknesses post-evaluation. Furthermore, the seamless integration of public and private 'Online Classes' alongside Real-Time Notifications enables dynamic connectivity among users. This transforms the application into a highly comprehensive, adaptive, and scalable digital education solution tailored to modern academic demands.
BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI
“This is an archived Complex Design Studio portfolio case study documenting our previous work for Bank Syariah Mandiri. This page is not an official banking portal, does not provide banking or financial services, and never requests account credentials or offers application downloads.” “Layanan finansial premium dalam satu genggaman.” This was the primary focus and guiding principle for Complex Design in developing the BSM Priority mobile application. The application was designed to provide Priority customers with convenient access to various services and information through their mobile devices. While maintaining the elegant and premium identity of BSM Priority, we translated the website experience into a mobile application that is more compact, intuitive, and user-friendly. The entire interface and navigation were carefully designed to deliver a consistent user experience across Android, iOS, and RIM BlackBerry platforms. Technical This mobile application project was developed simultaneously with the BSM Priority website, featuring almost identical functionalities. We utilized a single shared database with the website, where the application sends API (Application Programming Interface) requests to the server. The server then processes database queries and returns the data in JSON format for display within the application. In 2016, API integration and the use of JSON format to connect websites with mobile applications were still considered relatively new technologies. The implementation of these technologies demonstrated Complex Design's capability to build integrated and efficient digital systems while adopting modern development practices of the time.
